This piece was created in late 2002 to early 2003. Its dimensions are 2 feet by 1.5 feet. It is made out of raccoon skeleton, chicken's blood, wood, dried grasses, moss, holy bible, passages from revelations, holy cards, and nails.
The ideas were a collaboration between myself and the client. He wanted a demonesque statue. I took that idea and expanded on it. I chose the crucifixion scene with items that would seem blasphemous to many people. This was a very fun sculpture to create. I have received many positive responses from people who have seen pictures, and the client was very satisfied with the finished Necrosculpture.
