This piece was created in August 2004. Its dimensions are 3.5 inches by 7 inches. It is made out of wooden display box, crimson cotton pillow, mummified rat, peacock tail feathers and green feathers
I had some interesting curios lying around and I wanted to display them. So I came up with the idea of a boxed mummy. When completed, the idea that popped into my mind was that "This could be something that P.T. Barnum would exhibit." So I named the sculpture "Relics of a Barnum Era."
This Necrosculpture was featured at the Art Soiree art show.
It is not for sale. It is now in a private art collection.
