The
Horror Art Expo was a small show devoted to showcase local artists who
specialize in creating artwork that would be considered in the "Horror"
genre. A local music store called Ear-X-Tacy sponsored it. It took place
at the
store. A local industrial band, Absence of Faith played a
free show for the attendees. This was a very fun show with a few artists
whose selections of work were well done.
I had the Necrosculpture,
Death Conquers Life, on exhibit at this show. There weren't too many artists
participating in this art exhibition. I can recall a local artist named
Jeff Gaither.
I
was able to sell the sculpture, Death Conquers Life the day after the
show to a private collector.
