Necrosculptures

This piece was created in 2007. It's dimensions are 3' X 3' tall. It is created out of cow bones, surgical tubing, lava rock, various shells and coral. This is a homage to the works of H.P. Lovecraft. I used clay to make the ridges and carved symbols from the Necronomicon on to the skull. It was stained green to give it that underwater otherworldly effect.
