This piece was created in 2005. It's dimensions are 4" X 12" tall. It is created out of two plastic skeletons, and plastic fetal skull. I deconstructed the rib cages and molded them to create the joined rib cages. I also had to resculpt the bones to make them look more authentic. I then took a high quality plastic fetal skull, cut it in half and resculpt it into the conjoined heads. I had visited the Mutter Museum in Philidelphia and I was inspired by the original to reproduce it. |
